Strength and resistance interval training. The most effective way to burn fat, build muscle and gain cardiovascular endurance.

This session is perfect for all those people who want to reduce body fat, in addition to having a good time, connecting with other people and improving themselves in each session. Physical improvements are visible within a few days.

how does it work?

· 10 stations circuit.
· Exercises from 20" to 30"; with 20"
 to 30" rest.
· Latest technology machines and accessories.
· Monitored cardiovascular control.
· Every day a different circuit.
· Exclusive group of 10 people to be able to do it with maximum comfort.
· Motivating music.
· Two trainers to help and encourage you.
· Duration of approximately 45 minutes.
· Every Tuesday and Thursday at 19:00.
